Job Description:
Provides guidance to team on development, performance, and productivity issues. Monitors team budget and ensures proper use of assets. Represents the team, presenting team suggestions and recommendations on processes and procedures in accordance with organization cost, quality, and productivity goals. Requires experience in group processes and dynamics. Reports to functional and/or organization management on team accomplishments, achievements, and productivity.

Responsible for the operations, maintenance, and overall activities of various separate and unique teams: TES Trainer, TES Warehouse, TES Repair, Field Instrumentation, Live Fire, Fire Marker Team, and Smoke Teams. Responsible for the following: management, scheduling, maintenance, issue, servicing inspections, accountability, storage, installation/de-installation and coordination of the TES MILES equipment for the training effort of the US Army personnel, to include unit(s) homestation(s), aircraft, and Boresight training at Ft. Irwin. Additional responsibilities include scheduling, issue, storage, transportation, handling, emplacement, and recovery of target mechanisms and Pyrotechnics to contractual requirements, budgetary considerations for the NTC Live Fire ranges. Responsible for coordination, training, and scheduling to provide accurate, timely, and realistic simulation of artillery, mortar, and other combat delivered artillery munitions in simulating a realistic battlefield environment. Experience in applying ROE as employed by the NTC Operations Group OCs and procedures and terms applied by US Army Field Artillery in a combat environment for the Fire Marker and Smoke Teams. Will adhere to Company, Site Manager, directives, memoranda, policies and procedures. Support quality/ISO, security and safety training programs.

Required Skills:
At least 6 years experience in virtual training devices, 3-4 years experience managing/supervising direct reports, and experience with budgets and schedules relating to material distribution.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
