Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
· Success driven individual.
· Proven ability to network and build rapport with clients and sales team.
· Negotiation and closing skills.
· Proven success in previous sales and sales management.
· Ability to understand complex coverage details and underwriting guidelines.
· Hard work, honesty, integrity and unwavering business ethics.
· Property & Casualty license.
