Description
This culinary position requires good communication skills as well as at least two years of previous line experience. A Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred. Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, broiling, etc. This position is primarily working in the main kitchen, preparing banquet meals.
Qualifications
· Ability to work a flexible schedule including 1st and 2nd shifts, weekends and holidays
· 2 years previous cooking experience required
