Honeywell Security has an opening for an Administrative Assistant at our headquarters in Louisville, Kentucky. In this position, you will be assisting with all monthly sales reports and analysis for several sales organizations within the Security Business of Honeywell ACS. You will also be managing employee information, interfacing with a locally and remotely based sales team, working directly with customers and coordinating activities with other departments.
Responsibilities include:
· Scheduling appointments and meetings and closely maintaining staff calendars
· Ability to make complex travel arrangements and ensuring the prompt and accurate completion of travel and expense reporting
· Ability to pull data from internal Honeywell systems, analyze the information and produce reports.
· Handling sensitive business communications, data and other information with confidentiality and discretion
· Maintaining strong communications within the Security administrative team regarding issues of travel, meeting schedules, report completion, etc on a global level.
· Utilizing a knowledge of company operations, policies and department functions to perform assigned duties proactively
· Other work as assigned
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
· High School Diploma required
· Minimum of 5 years of administrative/customer service experience, preferably in a sales environment.
· Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
Additional Qualifications
· Detail oriented with strong interpersonal, analytical, mathematical and organizational skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Self starter with a strong sense of ownership and involvement.
· Must be flexible; work overtime as needed.
· Experience with Concur and BPCS are pluses.
· Ability to work under minimum supervision.
· Associates Degree preferred.
