Tracks, trends, analyzes, troubleshoots and resolves membership and billing issues specifically related to improving delinquency trends. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: analyzes the monthly finance delinquency report; makes independent recommendations to finance regarding groups that should be cancelled; analyzes claims recycling file issues and makes recommendations regarding process improvements; trains membership and billing staff regarding procedures for making delinquency calls and ensures that errors are identified and corrected; develops workflow improvements related to membership and billing after analyzing data trends; implements delinquency related membership and billing improvements; represents membership and billing as the subject management expert on cross functional teams and coordinates the post-termination process.

Qualifications
Requires H.S. diploma; 5 years related membership and billing experience and 2-3 years of additional relevant experience (business analyst, sales, etc); understanding of insurance profitability and claims systems;or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
