Quality Assurance Specialist - Information Product Solutions

Description
A Quality Assurance Specialist/Analyst provides software quality assurance expertise. To fulfill this role, the specialist will:
· Participate in software development life cycle
· Design phase (input regarding usability)
· Test planning (turning requirements into test cases)
· Test execution
· Serve as a knowledge resource for both technical and application-related issues
· Assist with support (troubleshooting) on application issues
· Carry responsibility for multiple assignments concurrently

Qualifications

· BA/BS degree preferred (Computer Science a plus)
· Strong technical skills & computer skills
· Working knowledge of MercerPRISM and/or ePRISM a plus
· Strong quality assurance background
· Demonstrated analytical skills
· Excellent project management skills
· Ability to lead projects when necessary
· Ability to interact effectively with technical programmers, users and project team
· Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously
· Professional demeanor
