Who's Eligible · Must live in the Shelby Park, Phoenix Hill, Smoketown or California Neighborhoods · Must be 18 years of age or older · Must be an ex-offender (excluding violent or sexual offenses) · Unemployed or seeking employment or better employment · Willing to make a commitment to the program objectives Program Objectives ~ To reduce and eliminate barriers to: · Employment · Achievement of a GED · Enrollment in post-secondary education programs and/or Enrollment in skills development training programs · Employment retention Program Components · Program participants can earn cash incentives for completing certain program components & benchmarks.
