A little diesel experience is helpful, but not necessary. They provide air tools and specialty tools, but candidate needs to have a basic truck tool set. They will train a few days on 1st shift and then will go to 2nd or 3rd shift. Company offers great benefit package including annual tool and safety bonuses.
