Kforce is looking for a Finance and Accounting Market Manager for our Louisville, KY office. The Market Manager is responsible and accountable for managing operations within the Louisville market to achieve ongoing revenue growth, profitability, and productivity within the Finance and Accounting Team. As a Market Manager you will oversee all activities related to new business development and account penetration for the office/marketplace. You will develop sales plans in support of organizational strategy and objectives as well as direct the implementation and execution of same. You are also responsible for setting daily activity goals for all account penetration activities within the market place and assuring attainment of set goals. The Market Manager must also be able to develop a fun and positive work environment that generates results. You will appreciate the excellent compensation and benefit package!
Requirements: Finance / Accounting Market Management Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree · Three years of related business development experience within the staffing industry · Proven sales record of accomplishment in developing and maintaining accounts · Previous management experience (preferred) · The ideal candidate will possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to display excellent interpersonal skills, and exhibit confidence interacting with others · Must be self-motivated and sales driven · Must have the ability to influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomes · Must exhibit an entrepreneurial mind set and professional image as well as a commitment and adherence to Company Core Values
