Job Description:
Responsibilities

• This position dual reports to the Fanuc CFO and the C&I Receivables Finance Manager.
• Responsible for the ongoing management of all GE Fanuc global receivables activities including risk management, collections and cash applications.
• Analyze current receivables systems and processes leading to the development and implementation of simplified and standardized processes designed to drive improved business results.
• Analyze current organizational structure and resource allocation and execute changes to maximize organizational efficiency.
• Partner with commercial leadership team and senior business leadership to conduct frequent reviews articulating financial and strategic rationale for investment levels, "cash calls" and other business updates.
• Lead and develop a staff of collectors responsible for managing assigned portfolios to meet/exceed receivable past due and collection objectives.
• Position located in Louisville, Kentucky.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related area preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of accounts receivables processes, risk management, and cash application.
• Successful record of driving business results that deliver on or exceed operational targets.
• Prior experience in team leadership and development.
• Project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple off-site global locations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
• Significant travel required.
