HCA owns over 200 healthcare facilities, nationwide. National Patient Account Services, a division of HCA, is a collections based call center that handles collections for most of those facilities. NPAS is also branching out and gaining business from other hospitals that are not HCA affiliated.
Due to our recent growth at NPAS, we are looking for additional Collections Specialists to add to our team. Collections Specialists work on an automated dialing system that makes outbound calls and also receives inbound calls from our patients, with the goal of assisting them with account resolution. This is a collections position with a lot of customer service focus.
****Must be able to train full time day training schedule for 2 1/2 weeks or part time evening training for 4 weeks.****
We are currently recruiting for full time day (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm), part time day positions (Monday-Thursday 8am-12:30pm/Saturdays 9am-1pm), full time evening (Monday-Thursday 1pm-10pm and Fridays 12:30pm-9:30pm) and part time evening positions (Monday-Thursday 5:30-10pm/Saturdays 9am-1pm).
