Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Learn all aspects of being a Financial Advisor in the financial services industry through a highly structured and formalized training program. Understanding of Asset Allocation fundamentals and how to apply them. Gain knowledge of firm products such as Equities, Fixed Income, bonds, mutual funds, Annuities, wraps fee account platforms and other financial instruments. Learn all procedures for operations administration relating to opening and servicing clients accounts. Act as apprentice under a senior Financial Advisor and learn how to attract, service and monitor clients and their assets. Willingness to learn all aspects of being a Financial Advisor, industry and firm products, proper asset allocation and operation and administration policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:
Willingness to study for and obtain all industry licenses, such as Series 7, Series 66, Life and Health Insurance licenses and any other licenses necessary to coincide with products the firm offers to the public. Must have excellent communication skills. College degree, financial experience, and sales/marketing experience preferred. Must be willing to relocate to other regions if requested. Mon - Fri, 8:00am - 5:00pm Mon - Fri, 8:00am - 5:00pm
