PARTS PROCESSOR
Provide agents with a high level of support which will enable them to increase productivity and decrease turntime. To work effectively as a team to maintain an accurate inventory, as well as an adequate supply of regularly used parts.
- Fulfill and deliver part orders placed by the technicians and other service centers.
- Receive and stock all incoming part orders. Monitor, research and resolve the return of defective and unneeded parts to the part vendors.
- Maintain parts related queues in Services system (STAR). Obtain delivery times and all other necessary information regarding existing part orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized parts room.
