Description:
Putaway Items into storage locations.
Oversee others performing putaway activities
Prepare carts for picking by configuring pick carts from pick lists
Pick and forward to pack stations all items from various storage areas of the warehouse
Oversee others performing pick activities
General housekeeping in the warehouse.
Oversee others performing housecleaning activities.
Use RF device to transact inventory in LogPro. Must be able to Putaway, pack confirm and dock confirm inventory.
Oversee others in Pack and post pack activities
Coach other employees on ways to increase productivity
Patch UPC with product description to ensure proper Putaway and picking of SKU's
Gift wrap parcels in accordance with Partner and oversee others performing this function.
Evaluate other employees for quality of activities performed
Oversee the day to day dock activity.
Communicate the needs of the loading process, daily carrier pick ups, and daily manifesting.
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED.
Ability to life 50 pounds to a height of 3.5 feet and carry a distance of 100 feet.
Must be able to work some overtime during periods of high order volume.
Secondary Qualifications
Proven team leadership
Prior experience with WMS and RF devices
Excellent attendance track record
Ability to research inventory problems by researching transaction history in LogPro
Certification in material handling equipment
Lead Experience
Experience with Spreadsheets and word processing on Microsoft windows Platform
