Real Estate Finance Manager

Description: The Real Estate Finance Manager will focus on underwriting operational results and analyzing capital structures for both existing and acquisition properties and portfolios. This will include the evaluation of lease and financing structures. Expectations would be for this person to work closely with senior management on a day-to-day basis related to leasing, financing, acquisition and disposition activities.
Requirements: The skills, experience, and knowledge required to be considered for this position include:
· BS degree in related field. MBA is preferred
· Three to five years of relevant real estate experience
· Ability to model property cash flows and alternative capital and lease structures
· Due diligence and analysis on acquisitions, dispositions and restructurings
· Review of legal documents, including lease and financing documents
· Interaction with outside third party financing sources and counterparties
· Strong PC skills with extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
· Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
· Self-motivated and ability to work within a team environment, including taking the lead of the team when necessary
· Ability to interact with the highest levels of management
