Connextions is a brand new, state-of-the-art contact center located in Jeffersonville, IN.
We are currently seeking professional, dedicated and enthusiastic LICENSED HEALTH INSURANCE AGENTS for our premiere client, Universal Health Care. Details about the positon are provided below:
- Base pay is $13.00-$14.00 dollars PLUS INCENTIVE per sale.
- Agents will be selling Medicare Advantage Plans PFFS, HMO and PPO's in MULTIPLE states.
- NO COLD CALLING - NO TRAVEL - INBOUND CALLS ONLY!
- One week of paid training begins Nov 17th M-F 8:30-5:00
- The candidates chosen must have an active licensed in their home state (we'll get you licensed in the other states where we sell)
- After training, the hours of operation are 8:00am-11:00pm 7 days a week (agents must flexible and available to work somewhere within this range)
- Connextions is NOT a temporary agency - however, this is a season position to start - with a potential of contiuation beyond March 31st.
- We offer Health, Life, Dental, Vision, 401K and paid time off for all full-time employees after 90 days.
Requirements
- Agents MUST have current Health/Life Insurance License
- Agents MUST be able to pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
- Agent should possess a sales background and have had some level of sales training.
- Agent must adhere to established company Policies/Procedures/Guidelines as set forth in Connextions Employee Handbook.
- Agent must be able to adapt to an established culture/work environment that is consistent with Connextions and Client expectations.
- Agent must be able to comply with State and CMS guidelines.
- Agent's work ethics must be of high standards.
- Some level of experience in Call Center environments or phone experience/training preferred.
