As a Mainframe Manager, your day will be filled with opportunities to oversee all aspects of Bank’s mainframe system. Experience in banking and as an administrator of core banking software/hardware is important while Stock Yards Bank will provide a professional environment to continually improve the candidate’s skills and to further his/her career goals for advancement within the banking profession.

Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Train and mentor IT Supervisor and Business Analyst I
- Consult with users and solve their needs with software/hardware
- Manage installation of new software and new releases of software
- Research ways to utilize software to its fullest potential
- Manage mainframe and reports projects
- Prioritize based on Bank needs
- Weekly meetings with team
- Monthly meeting with Business Units
- Evaluate need for project
- Maintain environment needed for Fiserv software
· Attend meetings and conferences with/for Director of IT
· Supervise the I.T. Supervisor and Business Analyst I
